The location, staff, facilities, and breakfast were all amazing. Fabulous hotel with clean bedding, rooftop swimming pool, and proximity to subway, shops, and cheap restaurants.

All was perfect.

The location of the hotel is fantastic, as it is situated near major malls such as Al Ghurair mall. it is conveniently within walking distance of a Metro station, making it easy to explore the city. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with helpful staff providing excellent service. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with a variety of options to choose from.

There were some minor issues with cleanliness reported by previous guests.

We loved this hotel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially the woman at the front desk. The rooms were clean and spacious, with all the amenities we needed such as a fridge and microwave. The rooftop pool was a great way to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

As backpackers, we loved the convenient location with easy access to public transport and plenty of food options nearby. The rooms were spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and a full-sized fridge/freezer. The air conditioning worked well, and there were good blockout curtains for a good night's sleep. The staff was incredibly supportive and kind, making our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast, though not offering a wide variety, was delicious and plentiful. we had a fantastic experience at this hotel.

The hotel is clean and the bed is comfortable. The rooms are serviced daily and there is free Wi-Fi. The location is convenient, not far from the Union metro station and close to a supermarket and foreign exchange. The staff, especially Omar from room service, was kind and helpful.

Near to a bustling market and popular street. Helpful manager with a convenient payment option. Affordable rates and accommodating staff. Regretfully, Ramadan affected breakfast availability, but overall a satisfying stay. Room quality improved on the second night, and breakfast options were satisfactory. Easily accessible with nearby food options and bus stops for convenient transportation.
